ToolTopia.com redesgined its website recently to "focus on the customer experience and data accuracy." Wes Fox, director of technology, said, "We improved the ability to find products and navigate the site." Ryan Stubblefield, director of operations, said the redesign is working, as "web traffic, customer satisfaction and sales revenue have exceeded our highest levels."
