The OTC Pegisys PC Diagnostic System, No. 3828, is an OBD II PC-based diagnostic solution that provides two tools in one: a high-end wireless diagnostic tool with Internet capability and a J-2534-compliant device for vehicle reprogramming. The package includes the Modular Vehicle Communication Interface with AirBridge WiFi Technology that allows the technician to work untethered from the vehicle; optional Direct-Hit Technician, powered by Identifix, provides experience-based fixes.
