    H1000 Closed Loop A/C Component Flusher

    Hecat has released the H1000 Closed Loop A/C Component Flusher, a refrigerant flusher designed exclusively for Honeywell's GenesolvSF solvent. This particular solvent is non-ozone depleting, non-flammable and EPA-approved as a replacement for HCFC-141b. The flusher works by first blasting components clean with a high-velocity liquid flush, then purging all the removed waste oils. The final step consists of using a light vacuum to completely recover any trace solvents, leaving the component clean and dry. The company says no solvent disposal is required because the unit filters and distills it for a full recycle and recovery. This translates into using the same solvent again and again. The flusher also features full automation with the touch of the start button, 2 years of performance testing and a UL 1963 certification.
