Injector Nozzle Pullers

Feb. 26, 2008

Removing injector nozzles from Mercedes CDI engines in Mercedes-Benz sedans and Dodge/Freightliner vans can be tough, especially if they've tightened in the cylinder heads over time. In response to this need, KLANN offers their Injector Nozzle Puller with Impact Weight to loosen and extract nozzles without risking valve cover damage, or dismantling the cylinder head. An adjustment screw also prevents the puller from tilting as the nozzle loosens. The KL-0369-41 covers Mercedes OM611, OM612 and OM613 engines. KLANN also offers their High-Resistance Injector Nozzle Puller with Spindle (KL-0369-45) for removing nozzles that are extremely tight due to carbon build-up, without removing the cylinder head.
