107XPA and 109XPA Air Ratchets

Feb. 26, 2008

Torqued About Power Ingersoll Rand has redesigned the 107XPA and 109XPA Air Ratchets with more than just increased torque and better ergonomics. The company says they feature coil spring and ball tensioning in the ratchet head for more consistent, long-lasting head tensioning that is less susceptible to fork spreading. The 3/8"-drive 107XPA weighs 2.75 lbs., delivers 54 ft.-lbs. of maximum torque and incorporates a variable-speed lever-style throttle to enable a higher degree of control. The super-duty 3/8"-drive 109XPA club-style tool weighs 3.3 lbs., provides 76 ft.-lbs. of maximum torque, and is controlled by a variable-speed button trigger. These air ratchets also provide:

  • Greater durability and tool life through the use of state-of-the-art materials and heat treatments.
  • Contoured handles with a more contemporary styling for improved comfort and control.
  • Less user fatigue during extended periods of time.
  • A 360-degree adjustable exhaust.
