Hunter's exclusive CenteringCheck wheel balancing feature offers a proper mount for quick, accurate balancing and provides testing that verifies a wheel is properly center-mounted on the balancer shaft. This new feature:

  • Eliminates guesswork and charts used when choosing mounting accessories and flags set-up errors on problematic wheels.
  • Compares 2 measurements in 2 mounted positions taken from the same wheel. If the 2 measurements match up, a "PASS" signal will appear and the wheel is ready to balance.
  • If the measurements differ, a "FAIL" signal will appear, which likely means a different type adaptor or mounting should be used or the adapter and wheel mounting should be cleaned and inspected.
  • Hunter's GSP9700, DSP9600 and DSP9100 series balancers include the CenteringCheck feature as a standard feature.
