NationaLease announces launch of NationaLease Fleet 20/20

The agreement will provide an enhanced maintenance platform, titled NationaLease Fleet 20/20, for NationaLease members and customers, and will enable fleet operators to improve uptime and realize cost savings.

NationaLease, one of the largest full service truck leasing organizations in North America, announced it has signed an agreement with Decisiv, Inc., the leading provider of Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions for commercial assets, to provide their customers with state-of-the-art fleet tracking and reporting capabilities.

The agreement will provide an enhanced maintenance platform, titled NationaLease Fleet 20/20, for NationaLease members and customers, and will enable fleet operators to improve uptime and realize cost savings through a more powerful collaborative connection with the NationaLease network and its 24/7 Road Rescue service.

“Our agreement with Decisiv will enable our customers’ fleet managers to access their entire fleet in a single place,” says Dean Vicha, president of NationaLease. “The interactive capabilities of the platform coupled with real-time access to reporting data will arm us with tools to compete more effectively for new business in the future, and make it easier than ever for large fleets to do business with NationaLease.”

NationaLease Fleet 20/20 captures, communicates, manages, and measures every service event in real time, enabling efficient management of multiple service providers while providing lower total cost of ownership and improved asset performance. The initial focus of the NationaLease agreement is national account customers, with the first wave currently online. When fully implemented, the agreement will include integration and deployment at the more than 700 NationaLease service locations in the U.S. and Canada.
