Bergstrom Inc., a designer and supplier of climate systems to the commercial vehicle industry, has produced four online videos for Bergstrom air conditioning systems training.
The videos include:

- Air Conditioning System: Types and Operations
- Air Conditioning System: Maintenance and Service
- Air Conditioning System: Diagnostics, Troubleshooting and Servicing
The videos feature technical graphics, charts and review questions to help viewers better understand the systems, including parts, functions, and how to service, diagnose and troubleshoot common symptoms. The videos are designed to assist anyone using Bergstrom air conditioning systems, from OEMs to HVAC technicians and repair facilities.
“Our goal in producing these videos is to assist our customers with educating and training technicians for our products,” said Joe Kirby, director of marketing for Bergstrom. “We’re always looking for new ways to support our customers.”

These training videos are another example of Bergstrom’s leadership within the industry and its focus on customer support. The Rockford, Ill.-based company, which celebrated its 65th anniversary in 2014, is the supplier of HVAC systems for many of the world’s largest and most respected companies.
