Integrated Supply Network (ISN) is the nation’s largest independent automotive and light industrial tool and equipment specialist, serving wholesalers and distributors around the world. ISN credits three core values to its success: people/team building, operational excellence and customer focus. In alignment with its people/team building value, ISN announces that, effective immediately, John Snowden will be assuming the role of president and chief operating officer of ISN USA.

Formerly the senior vice president of sales and marketing, Snowden played an integral role in driving a long list of sales, product and marketing initiatives that underpinned ISN’s doubling of its U.S. and Canadian business in the last several years.

“John has been an incredible asset to ISN over the past seven years. He exemplifies ISN’s drive to build an extraordinary team that never stops redefining excellence in terms of delivering new products and services. I fully expect him to continue to develop very aggressive product and service solutions designed to “wow” our customers such as his recent major sku expansion and plan to add four new distribution centers in the next three years,” said Bruce Weber, CEO, Integrated Supply Network.

Born and educated in England, Snowden received a law degree from the University of Leicester, England, before beginning a global career building supply chains and manufacturing in Russia, Europe, China and the U.S. With 20 years of operations, manufacturing and business development experience, Snowden’s mission has been to redefine the level of interaction that resellers of tools and equipment have when purchasing from ISN, bringing customer service and product excellence to the forefront of every transaction.

“We will grow exponentially in the next five years. And with our talented and dedicated team of employees and business partners, we will continue to lead our corner of the $320B automotive aftermarket with innovation in selling, high volume customer contact services, product portfolio design and management and electronic, print and event marketing services innovation. We are not slowing down and invite new customers and new suppliers to join us,” said Snowden.

As he steps into his new role as president and chief operating officer ISN USA, Snowden will further the mission of expanding the company’s position as the predominant tool, equipment and supplies wholesaler in the automotive aftermarket.
