Philip Kramer has been appointed as the vice president of business development at Hydrotex, a manufacturer and distributor of high performance lubricant and fuel improver solutions. Kramer has over 20 years of experience in strategic business development and planning initiatives for high technology companies like Nokia, McAfee and Samsung; where he served in the roles of vice president of strategic planning and vice president of alliance development. Previously, Kramer owned a hazardous materials decommissioning and disposal company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He is a Fort Worth native and earned a degree from Texas Christian University.
Matthew Peebles has been hired as the fuel specialist at Hydrotex. Peebles is responsible for testing and tracking diesel fuel quality as part of our Fuel Management program. Peebles earned bachelors degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology in chemistry and chemical engineering.
