Lúcia Veiga Moretti, president, Delphi Product & Service Solutions (DPSS) and senior vice president, Delphi, will speak at the upcoming Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) “Aftermarket eForum 2013” in Chicago on May 22, 2013 at 1:40 p.m. CST.
With a focus on efficiently connecting to customers, Moretti will discuss how efficiency, connectivity and collaboration will be the three most critical components in helping to create efficiency within the aftermarket. She will also speak to industry challenges and why an efficiency evolution will be necessary for a stronger aftermarket.
