Valley Peterbilt (Stockton, Calif.) received the PACCAR MX-13 Engine Dealer of the Year Award during Peterbilt Motors Company's annual Dealer Meeting held at PACCAR's manufacturing facility in Columbus, Miss.
This is the second year the company has presented the award that goes to the dealership that provides the best all-around support of the MX-13 Engine. Valley Peterbilt's Dealer Principal David Morganson accepted the award.
"The reliability, performance and fuel efficiency of MX-13 Engines have brought our customers new levels of productivity and profitability," said Morganson. "Valley Peterbilt has made significant investments in the training and tools to fully support the engine. This award demonstrates the total commitment our employees and organization have made and will continue to invest in."
According to Bill Kozek, Peterbilt general manager and PACCAR vice president, more than 70 percent of the heavy-duty trucks sold by Valley Peterbilt were equipped with MX Engines.
"The team at Valley Peterbilt demonstrates exceptional sale and support of the industry's top performing, most technologically advanced engine available – the PACCAR MX-13 Engine," said Kozek. "Valley Peterbilt is leading the way with over 70% of their heavy trucks sold equipped with MX-13 engines and backing it up with exceptional after-sale support for all customers."
