Mack Trucks launches Mack Complete Care

Preventative maintenance and inspection plan offered as part of MACK Pedigree Uptime Protection.

Preventive maintenance on MACK trucks just got even easier with the launch today of MACK Complete Care, a preventive maintenance and inspection plan that promotes compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) while keeping customers' trucks in top running condition.

Adding to the value of a Complete Care plan is the convenience and personal touch of appointment scheduling and knowing that their Mack truck is being serviced by factory-trained technicians. Complete Care customers simply contact MACK OneCall, Mack's round-the-clock customer support network, to schedule their next service. The Mack Complete Care service plan is recognized nationwide and redeemable at any authorized Mack dealer location throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Complete Care can be conveniently bundled into the price of a new Mack truck at the time of purchase or can be purchased separately within the first nine months after delivery. Custom plans for 36, 48 and 60 months are also available and can be quoted upon request.

Complete Care is offered as part of the Bulldog Asset Protection component of MACK Pedigree Uptime Protection, an integrated suite of aftermarket solutions.

"With this new offer, we're expanding upon what Mack does best – providing total business solutions that minimize vehicle downtime and maximize customer profitability," said John Walsh, Mack vice president of marketing.

Customers utilizing Complete Care also have access to complete vehicle service history reporting through MVASIST, Mack's game-changing web-based fleet service management system that allows fleet managers, service providers and dealers to work together in real time to expedite repairs and maximize uptime. Mack began offering MVASIST at no charge to customers purchasing a new Mack delivered after Jan. 1, 2012.

MVASIST allows customers to improve communications, manage costs, reduce downtime and increase operating efficiency. Through an online portal, customers are able to communicate with the dealer, initiate repairs, access a complete service history, approve and monitor repair status and manage repair expenses.

"With the integrated array of solutions we offer through Pedigree Uptime Protection, Mack is setting the bar in customer service and support," Walsh said. "We're delivering on the Mack promise of durability, reliability and application excellence throughout the truck ownership experience, sending a clear message that no one's got your back like Mack."
