PartsChannel receives NSF International certification for auto parts distribution

PartsChannel, Inc. announced the company has received certification under NSF International's Automotive Collision Parts Distribution Program.

The certification recognizes the company's effective record and inventory systems to track orders and parts throughout its supply chain. Numerous other stringent criteria, including an ISO 9001-certified quality management system and related performance standards and procedures, were required to earn certification.

"The NSF certification program, which was launched in July, is expected to become an industry-wide and professional standard. We are honored to be one of the first companies to receive certification and believe our customers will benefit greatly from the quality assurance processes for parts distribution," said John M. NSF International Strategic Registrations (NSF-ISR), an NSF International Company, offers a comprehensive portfolio of management systems registration solutions to meet the demands of the global marketplace (nsf-isr.org). NSF-ISR is recognized by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) to provide ISO/TS 16949 registrations in the automotive sector.
