Danny Spitznagel of Fort Walton Radiator and Auto Air of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., a board member for the Mobile Air Conditioning Society, found seminar on customer service helpful during the recent MACS show in Orlando, Fla. because it offered techniques on how to handle customers.
