Anthony Cacares thinks telematics presents both challenges and opportunities for the automotive aftermarket.
Anthony Cacares, owner of Anthony's Smog and Repair Station in Alhambra, Calif., thinks telematics will ultimately benefit the aftermarket industry after attending a telematics session at the AAPEX 2012 show in Las Vegas.
Interviewed by Elliot Maras, editor of Professional Tool & Equipment News, Cacares said he attended the seminar because he realizes telematics is an emerging technology in auto manufacturing.
