Richard Brigidi, CEO of CollisionMax in Trevose, Pa., attended an I-Car class on blueprinting process and damage discovery, which addressed how to write a damage report in a more organized manner during the recent ASRW show in New Orleans. Interviewed by Elliot Maras, editor of Professional Tool & Equipment News, Brigidi noted that business has been improving despite a challenging economy.
