Louisiana shop owner notes keeping work inhouse critical during struggling economic times

Steve Carter, owner of Wreck A Mended Body Shop in Colfax, La., came to ASRW in New Orleans to look at fans for drying paint but also wanted to find new scan tools to be able to reprogram more cars. Interviewed by Elliot Maras, editor of Professional Tool & Equipment News, Carter notes that having the right tools prevents him from having to send jobs to other shops.
