PTEN (Professional Tool & Equipment News) magazine has announced its search for a contributing writer to provide content in their monthly print publication.
"We're looking for someone with a technical background, who has worked in or owns an aftermarket repair shop," said PTEN Editor Erica Schulz-Schueller. "We're looking for a contributing writer that knows how to diagnose and repair vehicles, and can provide a step-by-step instruction for our Tool Briefing articles."
The candidate can include a shop technician, shop owner or automotive repair educator. No professional writing is required, but is a plus. The article will focus on the tools used for the diagnosis and repair, so inquiring candidates should be familiar with the list of tools used for each article.
If interested, email [email protected], with 'PTEN Contributing Writer' in the subject line. Please provide 2-3 writing samples (if available), and your experience in the shop.
