Google, Inc. and Apple are taking their battle for digital supremacy to the automotive sector as automobiles become the "ultimate" mobile device, according to a front page story in The Wall Street Journal and the subject of a video interview with Wall Street Journal reporter Neil Boudette, who notes that Google and Audi will announce in-car information systems at next week's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
