Court denies Toyota bid to dismiss suit over sudden acceleration lawsuit

Toyota Motor Corp. tentatively lost a bid in a Santa Ana, Calif. court to get a court to throw out a lawsuit claiming one of its cars suddenly accelerated and caused an accident that left a woman severely injured, according to Bloomberg News. Read about the court action.
