AAIA urges members to support overhaul of California Prop. 65

July 23, 2013
Workshop seeking public comments to be held July 30.

The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) has urged members to become involved in changing California's Proposition 65, a state law that AAIA has created hardships for companies doing business in California. AAIA notes that California Gov. Jerry Brown would like to see changes to the state’s law to curb some of the financial incentives for invoking lawsuits. The first workshop will be held July 30 and public comments are welcome. Read the AAIA blog.
