    A 20-year-old graduate of the automotive technology program of James Rumsey Technical Institute in Martinsburg, W.Va. who happens to be deaf, has been accepted at Potomac State College for the fall semester, where he's planning to get business fundamentals for owning and operating his own auto shop, according to The Journal in Martinsburg, W.Va.
