Some Cadillac and Chevrolet models have brake lamps that will intermittently flash without brakes being applied.

General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling approximately 1,600 vehicles, including certain model year 2013 Cadillac ATS and model year 2013 Cadillac XTS; and model year 2014 Chevrolet Impala vehicles.
