An Aroostook County Me. lawmaker, state Rep. Bernard Ayotte, R-Caswell, has submitted a bill modeled on a new Massachusetts law known as the "Right to Repair Act" which requires car manufacturers to provide access to all repair and diagnostic information and tools at a fair price, according to The Portland Press Herald in Portland, Me.
