GM introduces all-electric Chevrolet Volt at Los Angeles Auto Show

General Motors is introducing an all electric version of its Chevrolet Volt at the Los Angeles Auto Show; unlike the Chevrolet Volt sedan, which can run in all-electric mode but also has a backup gas engine, the Spark EV is a pure electric, according to The Associated Press.
