Bosch must sell RTI Technologies to acquire SPX Service Solutions.

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission said it will require Robert Bosch GmbH to sell RTI Technologies Inc., a business that makes equipment used to recharge vehicle air conditioning systems as part of an agreement resolving charges that Bosch's acquisition of SPX Corp.'s service solutions unit would have been anticompetitive, according to Market Watch.
