Agile Access Control, Inc. is proud to announce that Walla Walla Community College (WWCC) will be using Agile FleetCommander to mange its fleet’s motor pool and track vehicle maintenance. The web-based fleet management system is being used to manage over 350 assets owned by WWCC. FleetCommander is also being used to track maintenance and produce work orders for not only their fleet vehicles, but also for customers’ vehicles that are being serviced through WWCC’s vocational instruction programs.
WWCC had a very unique set of requirements when they were investigating asset management and maintenance tracking systems. WWCC needed to be able to manage all of their vehicles, including their motor pool. They also needed to be able to track maintenance performed on non-College vehicles at their campus garages. At these garages, auto mechanic students perform services on college-owned vehicles and vehicles from retail customers in the community.
Laura Rau, WWCC’s Director of Accounting Services, says, “We are very excited about the opportunities that FleetCommander presents the college. During the evaluation process we looked at several fleet management and maintenance systems. In the end, FleetCommander was the only system that could address the majority of our needs, in a single solution, and at a price we could afford.”
Ed Smith, Agile's president stated, "We are very excited about Walla Walla Community College joining the FleetCommander community. We are certain that our flexible solution will help the college manage multiple facets of their organization and save them money by more accurately tracking vehicles, reducing staff time and right-sizing their fleet."
