The insurance company is answering customer FAQs on the new federal regulation.
As Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) 2010 begins to take effect, Zurich, a leading provider of property and casualty insurance for automotive and trucking fleets in the U.S., is answering some of the most frequently asked questions about the U.S. Department of Transportation's new federal regulation.
CSA 2010 will introduce a new enforcement and compliance model that allows the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and its state partners to contact a larger number of motor carriers earlier in order to address safety problems before crashes occur.
