U.S. to assist China with implementing stricter emissions standards
After VP Joe Biden's visit to China last week, the U.S. will agree to provide China with assistance to implement the fourth round of vehicle emissions standards, known as China IV. A plan to control greenhouse gas emissions has been accelerated with issues pertaining to smog in urban areas.
