MEDCO acquires assets of Weiss Tool Supply
MEDCO announced it has acquired the assets of Weiss Tool Supply, adding an additional location in the Northeast and expanding the company’s coverage into the Southwest, creating a completely national footprint. Terms of the deal were not disclose,d but the acquisition gives MEDCO its first warehouse in Texas and the opportunity for a will call/service office in the New York City metropolitan area. The new locations will begin doing business as MEDCO immediately.
