Randon Group of companies appoints new executives

Pedro N. Ferro named CEO of Fras-le as Daniel R. Randon moves to CFO of Randon.

Fras-le announces the appointment of Pedro Ferro, as the new chief executive officer. Mr. Ferro joined Fras-le effective June 2 after a successful career at Meritor as senior vice president and president of aftermarket and trailers. He also held several executive positions over the years, including with The Marmon Group, Motor Coach Industries and Cummins Inc.

As part of the Randon Group of companies, Fras-le has over 60 years as a global leader in the development and manufacture of friction materials, brake pads, brake linings, clutch facings, industrial materials and others. Pedro succeeds Daniel Randon, new CFO of the Randon Group.

Fras-le, headquartered in Brazil is a global company and one of the largest friction materials manufacturers in the world, according to the company.

Established in international markets for over 40 years, Fras-le has state-of the art facilities in Brazil, United States and China. Supporting Fras-le’s global presence are, warehouses in Germany, United Arab Emirates and Argentina. Commercial offices located in Chile, Mexico and South Africa.
