Redesigns, plus more pertinent information, for Fleet Maintenance and www.VehicleServicePros.com

The world of vehicle maintenance and management is constantly changing and becoming exceedingly more complex. Consequently, your need for quality news, information and knowledge continues to grow.

Meanwhile, we are being subjected to the increased bombardment from information overload – the masses of continuously increasing information which needs to be digested and used to help with smarter decision making.

As our industry continues its metamorphosis, the mission of Fleet Maintenance – which is all maintenance, all management, all vehicle classes, all the time – remains unchanged: To provide pertinent information to enable our readers to:

- Keep vehicles operating with maximum uptime and maintain a safe, efficient and profitable fleet.

- Improve their personal performance.

We deliver this valuable information – through unequaled content – in the print and online editions of Fleet Maintenance and on its official website VehicleServicePros.com.

Revamps

To better supply the well-researched, well-thought out, robust and timely information and resources that are intended to help you in your duties and responsibilities, plus make this easier for you to find, we have revamped Fleet Maintenance and VehicleServicePros.com. Both are now aligned by subject matter.

Looks

We know the importance of providing readers with useful information and resources. We understand that this goes beyond just content and includes editorial design – layout and article flow; images, photos and illustrations; colors and fonts; and more.

All of this works to convey information. The better this is done, the more clearly and successfully information is communicated.

That is why we periodically redesign Fleet Maintenance. The latest design changes, made to further enhance readability, will also be introduced in the January/February issue.

Online

Meanwhile, VehicleServicePros.com recently went through a relaunch. It's new site design features a sleeker look, a new layout organized for a more user-friendly navigation and improved functionality. This enables visitors to the website to more easily and quickly find information.

In addition, the Online Product Guide has been considerably enhanced and expanded with the addition of the Parts, Tools & Equipment Source, Powered by Opticat – a leading developer of software programs for high-quality catalog data. The most comprehensive products guide in the automotive aftermarket, the Parts, Tools & Equipment Source has more than 1 million light and medium duty parts and tools.
