    The KnKut 8-pc Step Point 1/2" Reduced Shank Drill Bit Set, No. 8KK12SP, combines a split tip point with a step drill design for a more accurate starting without the need for a center punch. The design of the drill bit is intended to reduce heat to increase the tool life and can be used to enlarge existing holes without damaging the drill bit point. Drill bits are jobber length with three-flats on the shank to help eliminate slippage in the user's chuck. Intended for use with hard steel, brass, sheet metal, and acrylics.
