    The MAHLE TechPro Diagnostic Scan Tool can decode a vehicle identification number (VIN) immediately, and scan vehicle wide diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) on all modules in 30 seconds or less with the Bluetooth-enabled vehicle communication interface (VCI), according to the company. The TechPro diagnostic scan tool is made in the USA and engineered so technicians can use current Windows 7-, 8- or 10-based tablet, laptop or desktop computer. The tool features an optional SAE J-2534 pass-thru capability for reflashing and reprogramming emissions-related modules (ECM/TCM). Other functions include data recording, cylinder balance tests, compression testing, key relearn, and misfire graphing.
