JX Peterbilt is a subsidiary of JX Enterprises, JX Financial, JX PacLease and JX Extreme Graphics also fall under this name. JX Enterprises is a family owned, locally operated group of 15 full-service truck dealerships and support services. We pride ourselves on the ability to assist customers by providing transportation solutions to fit their long and short term goals. Our family of dealerships is prepared with knowledgeable staff and the necessary tools to assist in maintaining a fleet of one or one-thousand.

1970 – Peterbilt Wisconsin – Waukesha opened
1972 – Peterbilt Wisconsin – Waukesha was purchased by founder Chuck Jorgensen
1974 – Peterbilt Wisconsin – Madison opened
1977 – Peterbilt Wisconsin – Green Bay opened
1980 – JX PacLease began, providing full-service lease and rental solutions (formerly Alltrux Leasing)
1984 – JX Financial began, providing financing and insurance solutions (formerly Premium Lease & Finance)
1984 – Peterbilt Wisconsin, JX PacLease & JX Financial became incorporated under JX Enterprises
1996 – Wausau Truck Center joined JX Enterprises
1997 – Peterbilt Illinois – Wadsworth opened
1997 – Peterbilt Illinois – Bloomington opened
1999 – Peterbilt Wisconsin – Waukesha completed an expansion and remodel
2000 – Peterbilt Illinois – Champaign opened
2002 – JX Extreme Graphics began, providing custom graphics to customers
2003 – Peterbilt Illinois – Rockford opened
2005 – Peterbilt Wisconsin – Madison completed an expansion and remodel
2007 – Peterbilt Illinois – Joliet opened
2007 – Peterbilt Wisconsin – Milwaukee opened
2007 – Peterbilt Wisconsin – Appleton opened
2007 – JX Enterprises relocated select offices to a new site due to growth
2007 – Peterbilt Illinois – Bloomington completed a new facility and relocated to Truckers Ln.
2008 – Wausau Truck Center purchased land for their future location
2009 – Peterbilt Illinois – Rockford completed a large expansion doubling the size of the facility
2010 – Peterbilt Chicago – O'Hare opened
2010 – Peterbilt Illinois – Joliet relocated due to growth, this location is now Peterbilt Chicago – Bolingbrook
2010 – Rebranded Peterbilt Wisconsin & Illinois to JX Peterbilt
2010 – JX Peterbilt – Grand Rapids opened
2011 – JX Peterbilt - Indianapolis opened
2011 – JX Peterbilt - Fort Wayne opened


In 1970, JX Peterbilt began with Chuck Jorgensen, an individual with a vision for the future and a passion for the trucking industry. The organization began with five Associates and an unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction.

Since 1970, the organization has evolved to encompass fifteen dealerships, finance, lease, rental and graphics services as well as over 500 Associates who still possess the same dedication to customer satisfaction.

As a family owned business, JX Enterprises has successfully moved to its second generation of ownership. With the same passion and drive, the Jorgensen family continues to provide paramount customer service, quality equipment and dedication to the community.

JX Truck Center is open for business at its new state-of-the-art facility in Kronenwetter, Wis., approximately six miles south of its previous location in Wausau, Wis.
