The Dent Fix Hot Stapler Plastic Repair Kit, No. DF-800BR, is a complete plastic structural repair solution in a box. Used to repair by stitching or stapling rips, tears and breakage on a multitude of plastic parts from bumper to underhood to vehicle interior pieces.

Dent Fix improved the plastic repair service by increasing efficiency and creating a strong structural repair. After the DF-800BR heats the staple, submerges it into the plastic and into position for the repair, the staple’s prongs that serve as contact points with the tool, need to be removed.
Unlike other staples on the market, Dent Fix’s Breakaway Staples are stainless steel and easily separate without snipping by simply breaking them off. This saves time and effort because when the staple is set properly the staple is broken off below the surface. Dent Fix provides seven types of staple, creating solutions to cover every type of structural repair. To fill the ridges and valleys left behind by the staple, the finishing iron smooths out the surface to strengthen and creates a level surface to sand and apply paint later if needed for body panel work.
