Get more traffic on your truck.

My strategy is for getting more traffic on the truck.

Most mobile dealers walk through the shop speaking with customers and promoting product. A lot of dealers will walk up to a tech and start his pitch only to be interrupted by the tech with a broken socket. “Can you warranty this for me?”

Then, the dealer will walk back out to the truck and get him a brand new socket AND deliver it to the tech at his station.

Why not make the tech walk out to the truck to do ALL warranties, no matter what.

This will generate traffic on the truck, and take some time entering in the broken socket into the computer therefore leaving your customer with nothing else to do but LOOK AROUND.

This is what mobile dealers do; it is what they are there for. So make a little strategic change to create more effective traffic on the truck.
