Don't forget the shop owner!

When you make your daily stops, don’t forget to talk to the shop owner.

Shop owners, like technicians, can benefit from the superior service, weekly visits, product knowledge and assistance that a professional tool distributor provides.

From A/C machines to lifts, diagnostics to air compressors, welders to tire machines, and everything in between, there are many opportunities for you to sell capital equipment to your shop owners.

You might even find that by serving the shop owner you are helping your technicians be more productive by ensuring the shop has the best equipment available.

Most manufacturers have field representatives who can help you sell their products to the shop owner, as well as DVDs, websites and all kinds of literature. They give you the tools you need, so let them help you make the sale!
