April 20, 2011: MDN Weekly Sales Tip

If you have ever had your picture in the paper, what was the first thing you did? You told your parents, then you cut out the picture.

So put your customers in print, put them on the web. Facebook pages are excellent for marketing your business and creating a " fan base" of customers. You can put your weekly specials on the page, or feature a good customer who just purchased a brand new toolbox.

This is not a new strategy, and this is not my idea although I feel it is a good business strategy. I have a Facebook page and my customers appreciate the assortment of new items I upload to my page daily.

The average daily maintenance for this marketing service is around 5 minutes. The impression you will leave on your new celebrity will be priceless.
