ULSD? No Worries
New ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel will be ready for prime time
Experience has taught API that to successfully implement a new fuels program, all stakeholders have to be engaged. API is participating in the Clean Diesel Fuel Alliance to build understanding and appreciation of ULSD fuel, its benefits and its challenges. Participants are the trade associations and organizations representing all major stakeholders in ULSD implementation, including government agencies, marketers, refiners, engine manufacturers, pipelines, and truckers. Now more than ever, we need to work together, share our experiences, and help bring about a smooth and efficient transition under the highway and off-road diesel rules.
