Check pten.com for AAPEX videos

As deadline was rapidly approaching for this November issue, the whole staff here at PTEN was getting ready for our annual fall exodus to Las Vegas for Auto Aftermarket Industry Week events and expos at the various convention centers to cover the AAPEX, SEMA, NACE and CARS shows.

The main focus there for PTEN is on the AAPEX show, where the bulk of the new tools and equipment for auto repair are introduced. By the time you’re reading this, you may have already seen some of what was introduced in the Nov. 7 PTEN enewsletter (if you haven’t signed up for it yet, you can do that at www.pten.com anytime).

If you missed it, you can watch in the next few issues as we work to get all those products into the magazine. Your next issue in December will again feature the “Editor’s Picks,” a section of products that really stood out to me at the shows.

Additionally, you can go to www.pten.com to check out some new videos we’ve got up for you, including product demos from several companies that displayed at AAPEX and SEMA, and even the 2008 PTEN Innovation Awards presentation for those top new tools, as voted on exclusively by active technicians, we told you about in March.
