What are some important features you look for when purchasing specialty tools?

“Can I do the job without it? How often will I use it? How much does it cost?

I have countless tools that I had to use to do a specific task that I could not find a work-around for, and have only used once or twice. This is becoming more and more common as the vehicles become more and more complex.”

(The specialty tool) has to be pretty close to the OEM-equivalent to get the job done that you need it to.
