New tools for the shelves

In just a few weeks, I'll be at the annual Aftermarket Week in Las Vegas talking to tool manufacturers and hunting down the best new products for you to sell.

I know you look for the best new products for your truck wherever you can. That's the great thing about AAPEX and SEMA. The newest tools will be there, and as I find cool stuff for the repair shops, I'll be posting them live to PTEN's Facebook and Twitter pages (PD's sister publication). So make sure you follow PTEN's social media pages to get new tool information as soon as it is available.

Right now, in this issue, you can review some of the most innovative products of the past year. The 2010 PTEN Innovation Award winners start on page 20. These are the most innovative new products recently introduced, as voted on by active repair techs independent of PTEN. These are tools you need to consider for your shelves and for your customers.

Watch for our live updates from SEMA and AAPEX Nov. 2-4.
