Quieting Alfa Romeo clicking noise

This bulletin applies to 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C Spider vehicles built on or before July 10, 2015.

This bulletin applies to 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C Spider vehicles built on or before July 10, 2015. A clicking noise may be heard from the auxiliary water pump relay.

This may be caused by rapid activation and deactivation of the auxiliary water pump relay. A software update is available to improve the relay cycling - reprogram with the latest software. The update should take about six minutes.
